Bursting with History
The Manor House with its front facing Georgian façade and rear facing medieval turret and castle walls offers high exposed beams and original brickwork. With a beautiful staircase and deep window sills it can be decorated to suit every taste and style. With three rooms licensed for ceremonies we are able to cater for intimate weddings that can comfortably seat up to 123 guests for a ceremony.
If you choose to have your wedding breakfast in our main Queen Elizabeth I room and also add the vaulted dance floor area, we are able to include up to 70 guests in total. The turret hosts a well stocked bar and underfloor heating throughout the back of the house, as well as a large open fire.
Space for everyone
The downstairs Queen Elizabeth I is our main room within the castle. It boasts tradition and a large open fire space. It seats up to 70 people for a seated meal including using the dancefloor, and 50 without using the dancefloor. To have your ceremony in here, it seats up to 123 guests.
